Responsibilities

Bridge Business & Tech: Translate client and internal needs into clear system requirements that product and engineering teams can build.

Design Smarter Workflows: Map out processes, spot inefficiencies, and propose solutions that cut through complexity.

Champion Data & Insights: Ensure systems capture the right data, flow seamlessly, and deliver solutions stakeholders can actually use.

Own the Details: Write user stories, specs, and documentation that keep everyone aligned—then test to make sure solutions really deliver.

Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and external vendors to keep business and tech moving in sync.
