Responsibilities

Define and lead the women’s apparel strategy, building a clear point of view that aligns with the Tecovas brand and customer.

Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through development, production, and launch, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

Partner closely with in-house design, merchandising, and marketing teams to create a cohesive product story each season.

Manage relationships with external partners, including licensees and factory agents, ensuring product integrity and alignment with brand standards.

Identify opportunities to grow and evolve the women’s business, using both customer insight and market awareness to inform decisions.

Lead assortment planning and buying for DTC and eCommerce, ensuring the right product mix, depth, and pricing to drive the business
