Requirements
10-15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting, including a minimum of 5 years leading a global or large-scale FP&A function.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, OneStream).
Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance teams, driving accountability and superior results.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner to C-level executives.
A focus on accuracy and timely delivery, and are detail-oriented.

Reporting to the CFO, this leadership role requires a strategic partner to the CFO, executive team, and the extended leadership team, driving the overall financial strategy and performance management framework for OpenTable.
