Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in LTL transportation operations.

Familiarity with LTL freight pricing, carrier rules tariffs, and density/class rating.

Experience managing load tender processes, rate sourcing, and carrier compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

$59,500 Annually

Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight-

Lead and coordinate daily POD operations, ensuring efficient execution of LTL shipments across multiple customer accounts. Delegate responsibilities, provide guidance to team members, and maintain accountability for service performance.

LTL Shipment Management & Execution-

Oversee the execution of LTL shipments including load tendering, rate sourcing, and carrier coordination. Ensure adherence to carrier rules tariffs, density/class rating practices, and established service standards.
