Responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing both clinical and administrative tasks.

Duties include obtaining and documenting vital signs, maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR), assisting clinical staff, registering patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-payments, and managing general communications and scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Registers patients and performs all related functions including collecting insurance information, financial paperwork, consents, and co-payments; ensures accuracy and completeness of data in EHR.

Obtains, monitors, and documents vital signs and communicates findings to clinical staff.

Prepares exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of medical supplies.

Maintains accurate and timely patient documentation in the EHR.
