Manager, Pricing & Product

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the P&C commercial insurance industry, with a focus on Workers Compensation through either analytical work, underwriting, or commercial lines product management.

Minimum of 1 year experience managing  direct reports on their analytical ability; a strong desire to mentor, coach, and develop analysts is required.

Advanced data management and manipulation skills in Excel, Looker, and Snowflake.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, solve complex problems, and overcome regulatory roadblocks.

Results-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills; comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
