Requirements
5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, production, warehouse, or logistics preferred).
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or ADP.

Responsibilities
to provide both strategic and operational HR support across our New York, Seattle, Austin, and Chicago facilities.
In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment while supporting a growing workforce.
As the dedicated HR Business Partner for our Operations organization—including Culinary, Food Safety, Fulfillment, Marketplace, and Logistics—you'll support both exempt employees and a large multi-site hourly population.
While primarily supporting teams remotely across multiple markets, you'll also travel to our Seattle facility as business needs require.
