Responsibilities
The Aberdeen IronBirds, a member of the MLB Draft League and owned by Attain Sports, operate in founders Bill Ripken and Cal Ripken, Jr.'s home town.
The IronBirds are seeking candidates for Fan Hosts to provide exceptional customer service to IronBird Fans at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium to the highest professional standard.
The Fan Hosts are expected to be available for no less than 75% of games (50 out of 66), barring educational commitments.
Assist fans in different seating sections of the park, finding seats and making sure all fans are in their proper ticketed areas
Scan fans’ tickets at the entry gates and help to direct them to their sections
Provide a positive customer experience to our Kids Zone customers
