Manager, Strategic Finance

6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking/consulting experience

Experience managing forecasting & reporting for major departments within an organization

Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with senior executives

Familiarity with modern planning tools and systems (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, NetSuite).

As the

Manager of Strategic Finance

at MrBeast, you will be responsible for leading core FP&A processes for all corporate functions across MrBeast. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to translate company priorities into structured financial plans.

You will provide weekly and monthly insights to business partners on their budget surplus or deficit and the headcount movements driving week-over-week changes. You will build and evaluate headcount scenarios to help business partners understand the impact of different investment paths. You will analyze how resources are allocated across these functions to inform and justify investment recommendations
