Production Technician, Lab

Education and Experience:

Work experience in a production or lab environment, ideally with clean operations.

Background or knowledge in biology, a scientific field, or food production.

Experience operating laboratory or processing equipment is preferred.

Culture and Bioreactor Operations:

Culture spirulina in flasks and set up large-scale bioreactors (1L–2000L).

Operate upstream and downstream processing units, including mixers, harvesting equipment, spray dryers, and powder handling operations.

Generate media and configure bioreactor controls for production runs.

Perform assays to ensure product meets quality standards.
