Center for Elders’ Independence is a PACE (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and care implementation for the purpose of providing high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, including an Adult Day Health Center, and promoting autonomy, quality of life and the ability of individuals to live in their communities. Unlike other healthcare plans, CEI is not a "fee-for-service" plan. It is a “capitation” healthcare plan. CEI is paid a set amount for each person enrolled in our program, whether or not that individual seeks care. We are a growing company that offers stability and continues to thrive.

Responsibilities

The Enrollment Development Representative I (EDR I) supports all marketing, outreach and enrollment efforts for CEI’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). They will conduct marketing events to Increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area. The EDR I focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community based organizations and will be the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse populations and underserved communities. The primary responsibility for the EDR I is to increase census for their assigned PACE center(s). They must be able to identify new referral sources, generate new leads, schedule visitors to tour PACE center(s) and procure qualified leads which lead to enrollments. The EDR I will be responsible for professionally representing the PACE program by maintaining strict adherence with local, state, and federal laws, and CEI Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. The EDR I must work as part of a local team, concentrating on the delivery of high quality services to all of our potential prospects and partners. They will be instrumental in supporting the PACE Center Director with marketing plans and retention strategies to maintain participant census.

The salary range for the Enrollment Development Representative I position at Center for Elders Independence is $78,974 - $118,460 annual base salary.  Salary is based on the market for the position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history.

Assigned geographical territory may be subject to change based on business need.
