Responsibilities
This role will involve the use of industrial equipment in accordance with procedures, policy, and batch records to produce active pharmaceutical ingredients and their related intermediates.
The technician will be responsible for the operation and cleaning of production equipment ensuring that manufacturing and quality targets are met.
In a tidy and legible fashion, documents, as requested or required, all aspects of operations in the associated batch records, log books and forms.
Adheres consistently to cGMPs by following written instructions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records (MBRs).
Performs specific tasks on reactors, filtration equipment and dryers with minimal supervision.
Leans manufacturing areas, including walls, ceilings and floors.
