Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Fall Co-Op to support and work with IT team.
The student will support day-to-day end user issues, including hardware, software, network, and all other IT related issues, collaborate with the IT team on tasks and projects, and assist in maintaining and supporting various IT technologies across the organization.
The Co-op will work on the following projects:
Telephony Review - Assist in reviewing and documenting telephony systems and configurations to support technology optimization and operational efficiency.
Wireless Upgrade - Support Wi-Fi upgrade efforts through documentation, testing, and deployment assistance.
Assist and support activities as they relate to Simtra Operational Transition
