Responsibilities

Develop and monitor clear academic course pathways, including core courses, interventions, electives, AP, dual enrollment, and credit recovery.

Deliver small-group or classroom lessons related to academic planning, graduation requirements, and postsecondary readiness.

Use ALMA and other data systems to collect, analyze, and report academic data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with school leadership, instructional teams, special services, and behavioral health partners to coordinate scholar supports.

Contribute to a safe, structured, and data-informed school environment aligned with professional and ethical counseling standards.
