Responsibilities
We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders.
You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions.
It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.
Strategize – Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to drive engagement
Analyze – Build models to evaluate the, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define success with KPIs
Team
The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering again.
