Responsibilities
This Senior TPM will serve as a critical and trusted extension of our Chief Engineer and Head of Space Engineering for one of Anduril’s most crucial programs of the coming years.
This role is paramount to ensuring cohesive technical execution and robust communication across a wide-spanning, strategic DoD program that integrates capabilities from multiple internal business lines across multiple Lines of Effort (LOEs).
The Global TPM will act as the Chief Engineer's and Head of Space Engineering's eyes and ears across all program facets.
Their primary responsibility is to be ubiquitous, observing technical progress, identifying inter-LOE dependencies and communication gaps, and synthesizing this information into actionable insights for senior technical leadership.
This is a highly mobile, deeply technical, and exceptionally communicative role, demanding a fundamental understanding of complex engineering challenges without direct ownership of technical design or engineering risk.
Serve as a direct, trusted, and technical extension of engineering leadership with internal and external stakeholders alike
