Nice to have:

Must have own transportation

Valid Driver’s License

TB Skin Test

Assist client with homemaking/personal care and follow instructions given on the service request or instructions given by the supervisor

Assist the client in the care of their home and personal belongings

Assist the client in the preparation of meals as per the service request form

Run errands for the client as per the service request form

Maintain complete and accurate records of services rendered which are compatible with the service request form

Report any unusual and drastic changes in the client(s)’ general well-being to the immediate supervisor
