Responsibilities
Examine and assess clients upon admission, determine if client is medically stable in order to provide care within the scope of practice of 24/7 Services at KMHS.
Obtain orders from physician including the following:
admission and provider orders within one hour of admit, when needed, after all pertinent information has been collected and treatment orders have been initiated
seclusion/restraint orders per WAC 246-337-110
Document client care, medication, and treatment administration.
Evaluate, monitor, and document client responses to medication, treatments, progress to mental health goals, and plan of care.
