Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is a member of the site leadership team and has accountability for safety, quality, and productivity of the Operations organization at the Silver Peak site.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading an organization of approximately 30 personnel.

Develops and leads implementation of the strategic direction for Operations

Provides leadership and direction for the operating areas including daily production execution to plan

Provides leadership and guidance for meeting cost, yield and quality requirements

Drives Operational Discipline and Manufacturing Excellence
