Responsibilities
Implements strategic initiatives for Financial Management functions, ensuring alignment with Bank and System priorities
Manages financial operations and provides oversight of assigned functional areas
Supports utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Coordinates budget preparation, planning, and forecasting processes
Ensures compliance with internal and System financial guidelines
Represents the department in System-level working groups and committees as appropriate
