Supply Chain - Intercompany Service Associate

2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related area.

Experience with export order management and shipping documentation.

Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, including logistics, transportation, warehousing, and international trade.

Experience working with SAP and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Experience in Export and International Trade.

APICS/CPIM certification (completed or in progress).

Coordinate domestic and international intercompany shipments from manufacturing sites to affiliate warehouses.

Plan transportation, prepare shipping documentation, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export/import requirements.

Manage relationships with logistics service providers, monitor performance, and resolve transportation or delivery issues.

Support export order management, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.

Investigate and resolve shipment-related issues, including delays, damaged goods, missing documentation, and returns.

Monitor transportation costs, freight invoices, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
