Outbound Supervisor

2+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment

Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures

Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts

Experience overseeing both picking and packing functions within a fulfillment or distribution environment.

$65,000 – $81,000 per year

Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET for the first week!

Wave orders, delegate assignments, and oversee priority replenishments to keep operations on schedule

Ensure the Packing Team meets daily Fast Track shipment deadlines with a high standard of quality and accuracy

Monitor and maintain shipment supply inventory and serve as backup to the Picking Team when serving as the sole lead present in Outbound

Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Service on high-priority orders, incomplete SKUs, packing errors, staged orders, and other issues involving the Picking or Packing Teams

Monitor individual and departmental performance, providing consistent feedback to drive KPI success

Partner with the Outbound Manager to execute process improvements and assigned projects that support departmental growth
