Assists in monitoring student behavior in classes, on buses and at school events (athletics, clubs, dances, and concerts)

Assists in the implementation of the school discipline plan to provide a safe and secure environment.

Confers with teachers and parents to resolve student behaviors and attendance issues that disrupt the learning process.

Provides supervision of students after school hours.

Provides leadership in the development and implementation of an effective plan to reduce the amount of discipline referrals.

Assists the building principal in other areas as deemed necessary.
