Team Lead - Learning & Development

Proven Leadership:

Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with a track record of leading and coaching teams of specialists in a fast-paced tech scale-up or high-growth environment.

Deep Learning Background:

You understand how to develop human skills within global organizations. Expertise in building L&D programs within the broader HR function.

Stakeholder Mastery:

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex, global matrix organizations.

The L&D Core team is the engine room of Adyen’s global learning strategy. We are responsible for building the ecosystem that supports a culture of continuous learning through global interventions and events, communities of practice, and state-of-the-art tooling. We deliver the infrastructure, from Leadership Development and Experience Design to LMS and AI-driven learning, that empowers everyone to "Own Your Growth."

As the Team Lead, you aren't just managing a function; you are the architect of this ecosystem. Your mission is to lead a high-performing team of Subject Matter Experts, defining the "North Star" for the future of learning at scale. You ensure our specialized work translates into "simple, unique, and bold" solutions that set a new industry standard and align directly with Adyen’s strategy.
