Responsibilities
Patient Consults: Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and product details.
Patient Care: Assist patients with questions, concerns, and complaints, adjusting recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback.
Team Training: Train team members on product knowledge, ensuring they provide proper recommendations to patients.
Patient and Physician Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians, and professionals in the community.
Store Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all federal and state laws.
Oversee inventory audits and dispensing operations.
