Strong ability to develop individualized instructional plans and monitor student growth.

Responsibilities
The 18\u201322 Program Teacher provides direct instruction, case management, and coordination of transition services for students ages 18\u201322 receiving special education services. This educator plays a key role in supporting students\u2019 individualized postsecondary transition goals\u2014including employment, education/training, and independent living\u2014by designing personalized learning experiences and collaborating closely with families, service providers, and school staff.
Instruction and Individual Planning
Provide direct, individualized instruction aligned to each student\u2019s IEP and transition goals.
Develop and implement individualized scopes and sequences for all students in the 18\u201322 program.
Plan instructional units, including creation of daily materials, for students aligned to their specific skill needs.\u00A0\u00A0
