Responsibilities

The Franchise Business Partner will be responsible for working directly with Hana Group Franchisees to help them successfully deliver consistent positive sales growth, build positive customer and retailer relationships, and ensure compliance to product quality, food safety, and/or Hana Group program requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive LFL/ Comp sales growth with their franchisees through assortments, daily production targets and planning ahead for any calendar events to maximize foot traffic in each retailer
