Accountant

At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on accounts payable processes.

Experience with global accounting ERP systems; experience with NetSuite and expense management tools is considered an advantage.

The AP Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices in accordance with local regulations, IFRS, and the Group's internal framework.

Process invoices in the accounting system (NetSuite), managing the entire invoice lifecycle from receipt and data entry through coding and approval.

Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.

Process and review purchase invoices in Payhawk.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, business owners, and other departments) and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, vendor reconciliations, and other accounts payable-related issues.
