Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Workday, UKG/UltiPro.

Self starter and quick learner to learn processes and already knowing the platforms Workday and UKG.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook. And platforms Workday & UKG.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization.

Work Environment

The role follows a hybrid work schedule, with regular remote work and in-office presence typically once per week; additional in-office days may be required based on business needs.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

The HR Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of daily HR functions by providing administrative entering new hire into UKG and providing operational support, with a strong focus on maintaining employee records and performing high-volume data entry in the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) UKG and Workday.

HRIS & Employee Data Management

Organize and prioritize HR service requests (Track-It tickets and emails), maintaining clear documentation and timely resolution to support regional HR operations.

Monitor and act on internal HR reports (e.g., pending hires, terminations, I-9 completions, license/certification reports) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of processes.
