Compensation & Benefits
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $141,000 to $194,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).
Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.

As a Senior Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Product, Strategy and Design orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a data-driven and proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company.
Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions
Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates
Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
