SCHOOL BASED SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

: Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients enrolled in the program, collaborating closely with school staff to ensure appropriate client care and support.

: Participate in the process of monitoring client progress in treatment programs, tracking successes and challenges to inform future treatment plans and strategies.

: Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, taking into account unique needs, goals, and circumstances to promote optimal recovery and well-being.

Client Support and Advocacy

: Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing individualized assistance in accessing necessary mental health services and completing daily living tasks, while advocating for their best interests.
