Working knowledge of digital tools including monitoring / analytics systems (such as Radian6, Sysomos, Sprinklr or Spredfast; Facebook and Google analytics)

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package:

Base Pay:

The annual base compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.

Client Contribution & Handling

Serve as a digital strategy expert to clients on reputation, financial and crisis situations across multiple industries

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the clients’ business and strategic communications issues

Provide relevant insight, guidance and advice to clients

Manage and mentor team members; work with Partner and Director on the day-to-day management of staff and client deliverables

Manage the development of key client documents by playing a vital role in drafting, editing and routing throughout the internal process and external delivery

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
