Requirements
5+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience working with large datasets, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Experience with SAP, Vendavo, Power BI, or similar pricing and analytics platforms.
Background in manufacturing, distribution, building products, construction, or industrial markets.
Knowledge of pricing architecture, discount governance, segmentation, and profitability analysis.
Experience supporting B2B eCommerce pricing strategies.

Responsibilities
The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and governing pricing strategies across the product portfolio to support profitable growth and improve price realization.
This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, eCommerce, and Customer Service to ensure pricing consistency, strengthen margin performance, and drive pricing excellence across all channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial business acumen to influence pricing decisions, manage pricing programs, and provide actionable insights that support strategic growth initiatives.

Develop and manage pricing strategies across multiple product categories.
Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, customer behavior, and demand patterns.
