Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

10+ years in engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or similar technical leadership roles.

Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and create clarity in complex global environments.

Experience converting strategy and vision into products & platforms with high adoption rates.

Experience in leveraging AI to build developer self‑service portals, automation platforms, internal service catalogs, and/or platform engineering functions.
