City Academy of Atlanta (CAA) employees come from a broad range of church backgrounds. All employees are expected to be members in good standing of a Christian church whose doctrinal convictions are not in conflict with CAA’s beliefs. To ensure unity in our theological foundations, employees must affirm CAA’s Statement of Faith and the Testimony and Lifestyle Statement and seek to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the biblical beliefs and values expressed in that statement.
City Academy of Atlanta is both an equal opportunity employer and a Christian nonprofit religious organization. CAA makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, marital status, parental status, or disability of an otherwise-qualified individual. As a religious organization, CAA reserves the right to hire employees who affirm and support the school’s Christian mission, Statement of Faith, and religious beliefs, which are central to our identity and daily operations.
