Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $128,000
.
This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary
and may be eligible for
additional
incentive compensation, as applicable.
Responsibilities
Manages the practicum and shadowing assignments and logistics within the Centers for new team members.
Collaborates with Center leadership to oversee the completion of competency signoffs for the necessary roles in the Center.
Partners with L&D central hub to design and coordinate on site learning opportunities that support role readiness and capability development.
Works with SMEs, Center Leaders, and People Team partners to ensure learning programs meet business needs and reinforce Habitat’s culture and capabilities.
