Responsibilities
Legion is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across various functions of the organization.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will play a crucial role in helping to propel the business, promoting legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Provide legal guidance and support to various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to advise the company on legal and regulatory matters affecting its business operations.
