Requirements

Extensive experience in senior contract management within defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated commercial sectors, supporting multiple business units simultaneously.

Confident handling of complex, non‑standard, and highly negotiated contractual frameworks, including government, defence, export-controlled, and major commercial agreements.

Proven track record of leading multi‑party contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risk.

Understanding of contract law and its practical application, including defence contracting principles, compliance obligations, export controls, flow‑down requirements, and contractual governance.

Proven track record in dispute resolution and claims management
