Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter

Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers, including executive leadership

Experience scaling startups in highly competitive market

The salary range for this role is $138,000–$173,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.

Muon seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scale our team by attracting and hiring exceptional talent.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and aerospace positions while partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the process.

This is a high-impact role where you will drive recruitment strategy, cultivate a broad and diverse pool of talent, and ensure candidates have a positive experience that reflects Muon's mission and values.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and aerospace-focused roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and build strong technical pipelines.

Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
