Licensed Practical Nurse

We’re looking for motivated Licensed Practical Nurse with:

A minimum 2 years of experience as a LPN, primary care experience strongly preferred

Active LPN Licensure in North Carolina

BLS Certification required

EMR experience and proficiency required, athenahealth experience preferred

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will perform an important function of the organization and care delivery model.

High levels

of flexibility, commitment, attention to detail, and problem-solving

are required to

be successful. You will be expected to build relationships with Hopscotch care team members and patients. LPNs will work closely and collaboratively with their teammates to greet and room Hopscotch patients. LPNs will be expected to
