Senior Administrative Assistant - Floater

3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting leadership-level executives.

Familiarity with using AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and increase efficiency.

Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or luxury client services is highly valued.

Prior experience using Navan for booking travel and managing expenses.

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

San Francisco Estimated Base salary $88,000 - $110,000.

New York Estimated Base salary $84,000 - $105,000.

This individual will provide comprehensive backup administrative support to executives across various organizations as needed.

Provide comprehensive backup administrative support to executives during EA absences, demonstrating rapid proficiency in their specific calendar management, domestic and international travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Serve as a reliable liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
