Responsibilities
We are seeking a hands-on Deployment Engineer to join our TeleOperation team.
In this role, you will serve as our first line of defense, managing technical challenges across our teleoperation system for robot data collection.
You will bridge the gap between field operations and core engineering—troubleshooting daily technical blockers, driving root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and building scalable workflows.
This role requires travel to active data collection sites across the country (regular travel across the Bay Area, and ~25% travel across the country).
Support engineering with deployment, serving as an on-site representative to reach development goals
Provide hands-on support to teleoperations team to unblock technical issues, communicate updates from engineers, teach troubleshooting techniques, and provide coaching
