Assistant Housekeeping Manager

3 - 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

Nice to have:

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Excellent knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating system

Ensure efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner's assets

Inspect rooms and Public Areas routinely throughout the day

Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to confidently answer guest inquiries.

Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest needs are exceeded

Handle guest complaints in an expedient and effective manner

Establish par levels and monitor stock of all Housekeeping supplies, amenities and equipment.
