Requirements
Experience with Toyota Production Systems, quality systems, and lean concepts.
Experience with quality tools such as PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, statistical analysis, and A3.
Certifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is focused on the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and equipment and reports to the Director of Manufacturing.
Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize manufacturing operations.
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPS tools.
