3–5 years in product operations, business operations, strategy & analytics, statistics, or a PM-adjacent role in enterprise SaaS

Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Python, SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools; you can build a dashboard and also interrogate whether it's measuring the right thing

AI-forward thinking — how do you leverage the latest AI tools to automate and scale yourself and your workflows

Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or programs with multiple stakeholders
