Requirements
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
3–5 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations or complex client-facing projects.
Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines
Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability.
Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from Service Order signature through configuration, training, and client adoption.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure consistent, scalable, and predictable implementations.
Serve as the primary project leader and point of accountability for implementation success.
Translate client goals and process requirements into clear, actionable plans and effectively operationalize them within the platform to support their workflows.
Facilitate structured project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
