The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units

Responsibilities

Develop positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate the value of new products

Drive attach rate growth through targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels

Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle

Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize offer timing and relevance

Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value

Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
