Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management, agile business analysis, or related roles within software or data product development.
Proven ability to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments.
Experience transforming “requirements” to an evidence-based, prioritized product backlog.
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban,
) and backlog management practices.
Ability to lead discovery work using a range of research methods and collaborate on iterative design.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver valuable solutions from concept to launch.
Define and evolve a product vision and strategy rooted in user needs, business
Lead discovery efforts, apply analysis techniques related to user research, mapping, and modeling, and conduct feasibility assessments to explore and
a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term innovation; ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Prioritize product features and capabilities based on value, effort, dependencies, and user feedback.
Establish and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement.
