We are seeking a Senior Engineer to support and maintain client IT environments.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting infrastructure and LAN/WAN network issues, performing remedial maintenance, and assisting with the rollout of new technologies.

You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure system reliability and consistent delivery against agreed SLAs.

Provide remote and onsite IT support for client environments

Troubleshoot, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware, networks, and systems

Work with clients to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions
