Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience in commercial office and/or retail property management.

Skills: Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Office; property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or APOLLO; CRM systems); proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Business Acumen: Above-average understanding of real estate economics, lease structures, CAM allocations, and operating expenses.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise contractors and staff, manage multiple vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Office/Retail Property Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of property operations for the location, including marketing, leasing, contractor supervision, maintenance and cleaning operations, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and tenant relations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a client-focused mindset to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Leasing

Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain tenants for commercial office and retail spaces.

Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms in coordination with legal and finance teams.
